1 medium sweet potato
2 Tbs. white sugar
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tsp. black sesame seeds
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Peel sweet potatoes and cut roughly into bite sized pieces, and soak in water
Pat dry and deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
Place sugar, water and soy sauce in a pan then bring to a boil. When glossy and sticky add deep fried sweet potatoes and sesame seed then mix to coat. enjoy!
